Welcome  Welcome to the Department of Neurological Surgery at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Our Department's goals are to provide our patients with excellent care and to train a new generation of neurosurgeons. In addition, we are committed to improving health care to those in our community and surrounding areas.Our faculty members are talented & dedicated neurosurgeons. We are fully committed to the best practices of patient care and educating & training neurosurgery residents. We pledge to provide the full range of neurosurgical subspecialty care. We are also involved in innovative research to improve the treatments of tomorrow. We trained and educated some of the best Neurosurgeons around the country. Our residents take part in a number of diverse and challenging cases that provide life long experiences. We look forward to building on the academic standards rooted in our program.
